These are certainly unprecedented times. As a global company, we have connections throughout the world, and our thoughts go out to all who have been adversely affected.

We want to reassure you that as a cloud-based platform, our services will continue to be available to support your current testing needs. We are also fully-prepared to support any increased levels of usage that may arise as you also move to limit in-person interactions.

Considering the guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we have enacted the following company-wide policy as of March 16:

  • All employees who have a suitable environment that allows them to effectively work from home are asked to do so for a minimum period of two weeks.
  • Those who are unable to work from home may work from the office, but at a minimum proximity of six feet from any other employees.
  • All meetings will be held virtually, regardless of whether employees are present in the office.

These precautionary measures have been taken to limit the potential spread of the virus, to support our employees in this challenging time, and to ensure we maintain our ability to serve you.
