In this role you will have an exciting opportunity to play a key part in the global expansion of

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of clients in the BPO/Staffing industries
  • Be an expert in Emmersion’s value propositions, target markets and ICP’s
  • Participate in a metrics driven environment with personal and team accountability
  • Conduct discovery calls and online demos in multiple time zones
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using Salesforce

Desired Skills

  • 5+ years experience managing sales relationships with BPO/Staffing companies
  • Understanding of BPO/Staffing buying journey and decision-making process
  • A list of current contacts and relationships with BPO/Staffing decision-makers
  • B2B SaaS sales experience and relationships
  • Excellent organization and written and verbal communications
  • Self-motivated and success driven approach to all activities
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to close recurring revenue deals on a consistent basis
  • Outbound Prospecting experience through LinkedIn and Sales Navigator
